Welcome to Action Staffing! We are Des Moines' premier staffing agency. Action Staffing was launched in September of 2004 and responds to the need for temporary, temporary to hire, full time staffing in the Des Moines area.

Action Staffing is locally owned and operated. We work closely with our clients to insure that employers are custom-matched with candidates that meet and exceed their expectations. Action Staffing screens each candidate with background checks, drug testing, personal interviews, reference checking and post-interview evaluations.

Action Staffing Services has a retail priced Outplacement Service available for employers who would like to offer this service to their benefit package. We also offer Career Counseling with sessions geared for individuals currently in an active job search or someone who is looking for a new career.
