Action Staffing Services is recruiting for a contract call center representative. This is a 40 hour a week position and there will be a training period for this position where the hours will be "traditional" hours such as 8:00 - 5:00. This candidate will be required to have a background in customer service, specifically financial institution operations with a stable work history. Knowledge and experience of Federal Deposit Regulations (FDR) is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and someone with a high degree of motivation. Preferrably bilingual in Spanish and English, but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S, and all applicants must pass a background, reference, and credit check. |
