Action Staffing Services is recruiting for a Fraud Dection Analyst. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and possess excellent problem solving abilities. We are requiring previous call center/customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in fraud detection or disputes. May be some outbound calls as needed, but will not be taking inbound calls. Will be primarily responsible for analyzing client accounts/transactions to detect and identify fraud trends/patterns. Outbound phone calls will be conducted, as needed. Strong communications skills are required. Must be able to commit to this assignment so a stable work history is required. Will need to have clear references, credit history and background check. All candidates must be able to provide proof that they are eligible to work in the U.S. |
